Before choosing where to go, understand who you are.
NAVIYA is a structured self-discovery and educational exploration experience for students approaching important subject and pathway decisions.
Explore emerging interests, personal characteristics and perceived strengths—then turn the results into a better family conversation about what to investigate next.
Your child does not need to decide their future today. If important choices are approaching, now is the time to start exploring.
NAVIYA supports exploration and discussion. It does not predict or decide a student’s future.

your strengthsyour possibilitiesWHEN SUBJECT CHOICES START GETTING SERIOUS
It’s normal not to have all the answers yet.
Many students are still discovering what they enjoy, what comes naturally to them and which directions they may want to explore. That can make subject and pathway conversations difficult for both students and parents.
NAVIYA gives families a structured starting point for that conversation.
WHY NOW?
The best time to explore is before the choice has to be made.
Your child does not need to know their future today. But subject choices can begin narrowing convenient pathways before a student has had a structured opportunity to think about interests, strengths, preferences and curiosity.
The goal is not to decide earlier. The goal is to explore earlier.
THE DECISION BEFORE THE DECISION
Before “What should I become?” comes “What should I explore?”
A young student does not need a final career answer. They need opportunities to notice what interests them, investigate possibilities and ask better questions. NAVIYA helps them begin there.

HOW NAVIYA WORKS
How does NAVIYA identify pathways worth exploring?
NAVIYA does not determine a student’s future from a single score or personality label. It brings together several perspectives to help students recognise patterns in how they learn, what activities interest them and which educational areas they would personally like to explore. Big Five results are then used separately to provide practical guidance on study habits, responsibilities, social energy, openness to new experiences and managing pressure.

Career Interests
The 30-item O*NET Mini Interest Profiler measures six RIASEC interest areas through work activities the student may like or dislike.
Learning Strengths
A student-friendly framework reflects how the student may prefer to engage with information and learning activities. It is not an IQ assessment.
Work-Style Tendencies
Big Five personalises practical study and development guidance. It is not included in the pathway calculation.
Direct Pathway Interests
Short pathway-interest questions allow the student to express which fields and activities they currently want to explore.
No single response determines the result. NAVIYA compares the student’s combined learning-strength, RIASEC and direct pathway-interest patterns across the available pathways. Big Five is interpreted separately and does not increase or reduce a pathway score.

A COMPASS, NOT A LABEL
Your child’s profile is a starting point—not a prediction.
NAVIYA highlights patterns, possibilities and better questions. It does not decide what a student should become or guarantee a future outcome.
WHAT NAVIYA DOES
It creates a structured starting point.
- Notices current interests and characteristics
- Recognises emerging strengths
- Identifies pathways and subjects worth exploring
- Prepares better questions and family discussion
- Helps decide what to explore next
WHAT NAVIYA DOES NOT DO
It does not make the decision.
- Predict the future or guarantee outcomes
- Decide subjects for the student
- Measure complete academic ability
- Replace teachers or counsellors
- Permanently label a young person
WHY NOT WAIT?
You can.
NAVIYA is not about rushing a young person into choosing a career. But if subject or pathway decisions are approaching, earlier exploration gives students more time to ask questions, investigate possibilities and discuss options before a decision has to be made.
The goal is not to decide earlier. The goal is to explore earlier. You don’t have to decide your child’s future today.
But understanding what naturally interests them, how they approach learning and which directions are worth exploring can make the next conversation much easier.
NAVIYA is designed to provide a starting point—not a label, prediction or final decision.
ONE SMALL DECISION. A BETTER FAMILY CONVERSATION.
Give your child a clearer place to begin.
